This heirloom inlay expansion board is CNC-machined on a Shapeoko 5 Pro with patent-pending precision-carved pockets for every hex tile and harbor in the Catan 5–6 player expansion set. Fits the complete expansion tile set at 37" tip to tip.

Available in 6 American hardwoods:

  • Maple — creamy white, fine grain, classic look
  • White Oak — warm tan with distinctive ray flecks
  • Cherry — rich salmon-pink darkening beautifully with age
  • Pecan — light tan with bold contrasting dark streaks
  • Walnut — deep chocolate brown, open grain (shown in photos)
  • Osage Orange — brilliant golden-yellow, Oklahoma native wood

Expansion side: Full 5–6 player Catan layout. 37" tip to tip. Carved harbor ring with resource icons. Built for the nights when everyone wants to play.
