Shipping Policy

Every Murray Industries piece is built to order in our Tulsa, Oklahoma shop. We don’t keep finished inventory on shelves — we build for you when you order.

Lead times

Catan Board — Field Edition (HDPE)	2–3 weeks
Catan Board — Heirloom Inlay	3–4 weeks
Catan Board — The Heir (Double-Sided Heirloom)	6–8 weeks
Custom commissions	6–10 weeks (quoted per project)

Lead time starts the day after your order is placed. We’ll email an update when your piece moves into final finishing.

Shipping

Domestic (contiguous US): Flat rate $85, added at checkout. Shipped via FedEx or UPS Ground.
International: DHL Express Worldwide rates are calculated and shown at checkout.
Alaska & Hawaii: Standard checkout is not available for AK or HI. Email us at hello@murrayindustries.co with your order and shipping address for a custom quote.
Insurance: Every shipment is insured for full value. If anything arrives less than perfect, see Returns.

Tracking

You’ll receive a tracking number by email when your piece ships. If you don’t see it, check spam, then email us at hello@murrayindustries.co.

Address changes

We can update your shipping address up until the day your piece ships. After that, we’ll work with the carrier to redirect, but redirect fees are passed to you.

Damage in transit

If a piece arrives damaged: photograph the packaging and the damage before unpacking further, and email us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll handle the carrier claim and ship a replacement at no charge.
