These terms govern your use of murrayindustries.co, murrayindustries.shop, and any purchase from Murray Industries.

About us

Murray Industries is a woodshop in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Orders are filled from our shop at 8720 S Elwood Ave, Unit E-15, Jenks, OK 74132.

Orders

When you place an order, you offer to buy a product at the listed price. We confirm the order by email when we accept it. Until that confirmation, we reserve the right to decline.

We also reserve the right to:

Cancel or refuse orders that appear fraudulent.
Refuse personalization that we judge to be hateful, defamatory, or otherwise inappropriate. If we refuse personalization, we'll offer to build the piece without it or refund the order.
Correct pricing or description errors. If a price was clearly wrong (typographic error), we'll contact you and offer to honor a corrected price or refund.

Lead times and delivery

Estimated lead times are listed on each product page. We work to meet them and communicate when we can't. Lead times begin the day after the order is placed.

Pricing and tax

Prices are listed in US dollars. Sales tax is collected on Oklahoma orders per state law. Out-of-state orders are not currently taxed unless your state specifically requires it.

Intellectual property

The Murray Industries name, logo, designs, and the patent-pending inset board mechanism are our property. The "Catan" and "Settlers of Catan" names belong to Catan GmbH; we make accessories for the game and are not affiliated with or endorsed by Catan GmbH.

You may not reproduce or resell our designs without written permission.

Limitation of liability

Murray Industries products are decorative and recreational. We're not liable for misuse — these are wood and HDPE boards designed to hold game tiles, not load-bearing furniture. Use them as intended.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, our liability for any claim related to a product is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Oklahoma law. Any disputes are heard in Tulsa County, Oklahoma.

Changes

We may update these terms. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent change. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance.
